"We are from Tulsa and love to relax at Lake Tenkiller. We will drive from the east side of the lake to Soda Steve’s for cheese fries, homemade root beer floats, twist cones, Oreo shakes... Everyone in our family has their favorite items on the menu and if we don't cover it on the first trip, we come back for another go around. We love the new expanded location and how we can stretch out on the deck and enjoy the peaceful view of the fountain. We love the feeling of being surrounded by other families that have also come together for fellowship. Happy families, great food and memories being made.... that's why we love it!"

As a family that visits Fin & Feather 4-5 times each season, we highly recommend the resort as a wholesome, hospitable, family get away.  Everyone is so warm & friendly  making you feel so welcome.  The most relaxing part for me is not having to cook!  Soda Steve's has such a charming and fun atmosphere, but the best part is the food.  I'm pretty sure we've sampled almost everything on the menu...you cannot go wrong.  My boys won't drink a smoothie anywhere else!

"Soda Steve has the best handmade root beer on this planet! It is so yummy, I can't get enough. It reminds me of the sodas at the local soda fountains in small town America, from my childhood. I enjoyed it soo much, we visited every day, while staying at Greenleaf State Park. They even have free wi-fi, which is a miracle in the Oklahoma Hills. Laura and Chelsea greeted us every day with a smile and cheery disposition. I give it a 5Star on our eating experience rating."

Steve, we have enjoyed lunch and dinner at Soda Steve’s the last couple of weekends and I just want you to know how much we have enjoyed it.  The young people you have working there are doing a fabulous job and the food is excellent.  I think we may have brought in some new customers and they really raved about the food too.  We will hate to see you close down in November but will be looking forward to your re-opening in the spring.  I hope you’ve had a successful year.  Best wishes.

"We had been watching Soda Steve's construction in anticipation of its opening. We are so glad you are up and running. Some of the family's favorites are the Chicken Breast Sandwich, the Hamburger and THE ONION RINGS. WOW. Our 90 year old parents come in and they help them in, get them seated and bring the food to them. You couldn't ask for anything better."

"The hamburgers and cheese fries are great. We just bought a place over at Stone and we are wondering what we are going to do when we come down for weekends when you are closed. We like the atmosphere; it would be fun to have a band playing on weekends. We like to have some sort of activity going. It is very quiet. We wished we would have been down threw the summer. "We absolutely loved the homemade root beer and I guess our group of 6 ladies ordered about everything you had on the menu. The hamburgers were so good and cooked just right. Two of our ladies shared the nachos and had more than they could eat. We had 2 great suppers (12 entrees) with you and several snacks. The NEW location was great and I especially liked the fact that I could “drive” my little scooter inside and not have to leave it outside unattended. You did a great job with your new location and especially the quality of the food. Thanks for being there for us. See you next year."

Two weekends have now passed and I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the great service and friendship, we enjoyed visiting with you.

Just thought I would send you a note. We bought a place next to Fin & Feather late in the summer and have really had a great time since. Our favorite thing is to drive the golf cart over to Soda Steve’s and eat some really great food. We live in Oklahoma City so your e-mails are fun to get and we always look forward to coming up now in the fall. We have eaten at your restaurant countless times and the friendly atmosphere and great food have been consistent each and every time we visit. Sometimes we need to hear how people feel about what we are doing so I thought I would send this to let you know. My family looks forward to many years of memories at the lake and you guys are already helping us out in that category. Thanks again for running a first class operation,

We were at Fin & Feather in September for our Women’s Retreat & had lunch at Soda Steve’s.  The food was wonderful but dessert was even better!  The dessert nachos were incredible!  The next day we came back for Cherry Limeades ~ best I’ve ever had!
