Verandah Hickory Burger

No changes here, grilled on the flattop and topped with BBQ Sauce, Shredded Colby-jack Cheese, Bacon, Mayonnaise, Lettuce and Tomatoes. It's a Verandah classic.

Roy-Al with Cheese

It's a bigg'in, 2/3 lb. our Double Meat and Double Cheese burger and yes, it usually looks as good in person as on the poster.

Max's Char Burger

Direct from Max's Drive-In from my youth. Broiled over open flame with our special grill seasoning, topped with a homemade smokey hickory sauce and sharp cheddar cheese. That's it, but that's all you need.

Sauteed Onion, Mushroom and Swiss Burger

This is the real deal, lots of sauteed Onions and Mushrooms, Real Big Eye Swiss Cheese, Mayonnaise, Lettuce and Tomatoes.

Spicy Ranch Club

A tender chicken breast, breaded with a ranch breading and fried crispy, then we top it with bacon, provolone cheese, plus

battered onion and mild jalapeno strips. Garnished with lettuce and tomato and drizzled with spicy ranch dressing.

Messy but good.

Reuben Sandwich

A Fin Specialty. Corned Beef, sauerkraut, mild Swiss cheese and homemade thousand island dressing grilled on marble

rye bread.

Texas Toothpicks

Battered Onion and Jalapeno Strips covered with melted Cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese, sliced Jalapenos and Bacon

on top. Plenty to Share. Served with Ranch Hand Sauce and Spicy Ranch Dressing.

Nachos

Mounds of chips with a blend of Colby Cheddar and Monterrey Jack Cheese, beef and bean sauce, lettuce, tomatoes,

jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole and salsa, plenty to share.

Teriyaki Chicken Breast Sandwich

A tender boneless chicken breast marinated in our special Teriyaki marinade; broiled over open flame and served with

lettuce, tomato and Catalina dressing.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Tender white chicken breast seasoned with our own seasoning blend and broiled over open flames. Dressed with Mayo,

Lettuce and Tomatoes.

Popcorn Chicken

All White Breast Chicken, Breaded and Fried served with BBQ, Sweet and Sour or Honey Mustard Sauce for dipping.

French Fries

The much smaller naked cousin to our Famous Cheese Fries.

nothing good comes easy and are they ever good.

Black Angus Ribeye Steak Sandwich

This is the real deal, a full muscle Black Angus Ribeye Steak, grilled over open flame, topped w/ sauteed onions and

mushrooms and dressed with Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced Red Onions. Served w/ Fries and Horseraddish Cream.

Patty Melt

Just like we used to get back in the day. Seasoned Chuck Pattie, Grilled Rye Bread, American Cheese, and Grilled onions.

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

This is a unique and hard to find sandwich. Fresh pork tenderloin, cut in house, breaded and deep fried, topped with

mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.
