Doesn't Everyone? Yes I do, it's called "Soda Steve's Mission Blend" In the off season of 2008 I spent lots of time with our local roaster in Muskogee, Oklahoma developing Mission Blend. I am pretty picky about the coffee I drink and had a special flavor profile in mind when I started the process. I took 4 or 5 cupping sessions and lots of sleepless night before we came up with "Mission Blend". I love it and we have gotten rave reviews. Mission Blend is now the house brew at Soda Steve's and in Fin and Feather's Main Dining Room "Nannie's". Soon I will be blogging about the entire process of creating your own blend of coffee.
